Factory Girls already a media sensation!

Check out this news report from Lowell, highlighting the work of Ramon, Chitral and Mary. We know we're on the right page when the reporter mentions MILL GIRLS in the lead.

Great work, Lowell!

Here in Brockton we're extending our Ascensiontide festivities another week, by hosting a PleasantGreen neighborhood block party next Saturday, May 30. We're going door-to-door with doorhanger invitations, and honoring the work of our local city councilor.

We're going to "beat the bounds," to claim our neighborhood as part of God's beloved commonwealth. What's going on during Ascensiontide in YOUR mill city neighborhood?? Share the good news. Post a comment here!

At clergy conference, we set a date for our next meeting: Thursday, September 1, 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at St. Paul's, Brockton. Lunch will be provided. Bring your hopes, concerns, successes, progress reports.

Join in, Factory Girl-friends

Our next big conversation will take place at the upcoming clergy conference, on Cape Cod. Come with ideas, questions, hopes about how to think about and organize churches for mission in the former factory towns of Eastern Massachusetts. If you're clergy, you know where to sign up.
